PQ for Christians
Welcome to PQ for Christians, a global podcast exploring the intersection of Positive Intelligence (PQ) and Christian spirituality. This podcast brings together believers from across 26 countries and a variety of Christian traditions to engage in a transformative journey of mental fitness, faith, and personal renewal.
Each episode unpacks how Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence framework aligns with biblical principles, helping Christians move beyond self-sabotaging thoughts and embrace a renewed mind in Christ (Romans 12:2). Through deep conversations, personal insights, and practical applications, we explore themes of:
✅ Renewing the mind – Overcoming fear, doubt, and judgment through faith and mental fitness
✅ Living in the True Self – Identifying and healing saboteurs while embracing your God-given identity
✅ Bridging faith and neuroscience – Exploring how spiritual growth and cognitive science work together
✅ A global Christian conversation – Uniting believers from diverse backgrounds in a shared journey
✅ Christlike living – Applying PQ insights to ministry, relationships, and daily life
Whether you're a Christian leader, coach, or someone seeking a stronger, more resilient faith, this podcast invites you into a supportive and inclusive space where transformation happens. Join the conversation and discover how mental fitness and faith can reshape your life, leadership, and walk with God.
PQ for Christians is proudly sponsored by The Center for Biblical Coaching and Leadership (TCBCL)—equipping believers and leaders with biblically centered coaching and leadership training for personal, organizational, and church renewal.

The Thin Line Tension and the Gift of Incarnation: A Sacred Exchange of Gifts and Growth
In this powerful December gathering of the PQ for Christians Global Community, we continued our spiritual journey through the Thin Line Tension of What Is and What If, now reframed through the divine mystery of the Gift of Incarnation. As the Advent season invited us into deeper reflection, our members shared the life-giving gifts they received in 2025—personally, in their coaching practices, and within their relationships.
But this was no ordinary discussion.
Guided by Ecclesiastes 3:1-8, 10-11, and grounded in sacred silence, each participant not only named their gift but blessed another member with it—forming a beautiful chain of holy exchange that reflected the spirit of Christ’s incarnation: love made visible, hope embodied, and transformation offered.
From stories of chronic pain becoming a sacred purpose, to breakthroughs in coaching relationships, from career transitions to divine timing, from discovering one’s voice to embodying hope in job loss—this episode captures the essence of spiritual transformation through the lens of mental fitness, community, and Christ-centered love.
This conversation includes:
- 🦋 Living the Butterfly Metaphor – the cocoon of transformation between What Is and What If
- 🌱 Coaching as Soil for Deep Roots and Breakthroughs
- 💔 Letting Go and Listening to God's Timing
- 💬 Finding One’s Voice, and the Courage to Speak It
- 🙌 Hope as a Guiding Gift in Transitions and Trials
- 🎁 A Community of Blessing and Belovedness
We concluded with a profound reminder from Jeremiah 29 and the introduction of the Isaac Principle: that the gifts and promises we receive must be offered back to God in love and trust, so that they may be multiplied through us.
This sacred episode is a call to recognize your own gift, bless others with it, and embrace the transformational power of God’s presence in your What Is—even as you hold space for the divine possibilities of What If.
