Good Friday Reminder: Living Loved
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Good Friday has a way of cutting through the noise, and that’s exactly what this message is meant to do. After sitting with it for weeks, we finally release what’s been on our hearts for our PQ for Christians community: you are God’s Beloved, and your identity is not something you earn through performance, productivity, or pain. We want these words to go in deep and reshape how you see yourself when you’re tired, afraid, striving, or stuck.
We read Paul’s prayer from Ephesians 1, tracing the gospel’s language of blessing, adoption, redemption, forgiveness, and lavish grace. Then we pray what Paul prayed: that God would give you wisdom and revelation, that the eyes of your heart would be enlightened, and that you would know hope, inheritance, and the power available to those who believe. If you’ve been craving a clearer, steadier Christian identity and a more grounded inner life, this is a place to breathe and remember what’s true.
From there, we share our Belovedness Manifesto, a practical declaration for Christian coaching, leadership, and spiritual formation. We talk about presence and sacred community, blessing others as we’ve been blessed, becoming bearers of belovedness, and learning to hold the thin line tension between the already and the becoming. We close by anchoring everything in the unchanging love of God, the love that casts out fear.

Welcome And Good Friday Timing
SPEAKER_00Hey, welcome back, PQ for Christians. I've been sitting in what I'm about to release to you for about a month or so, and everything has led up to this time frame, and it just happens to be Good Friday today. And I was in a meeting yesterday with Alexa and Steph, and I got it. It's release, record, and let go of this. And I I want anyone that's gonna listen to any and everyone that's gonna listen to this episode to know how myself and Alexa, Steph, and Jackie how we feel about this community. And it's natural words cannot express it. So I am gonna read the Apostle Paul's prayer over this community because there is such a level of belovedness that we have for you and a love that we have for you that we want you to walk in. And it's not a coincidence this year that we decided to, as a group, year 2026, the number 10 in Cairo's timing, is a double measure of grace that we were going to focus on living loved. And I call it living in our belovedness. So I'm gonna read Paul's prayer, and then I'm gonna read to you a beloved PQ for Christians belovedness manifesto that you can just listen to it over and over again, and this is my prayer for us as a community. I should say this is God's prayer for us as a community, but let me read Paul's prayer and let me just flow into this. Ephesians chapter 1, verse 3. Praise be to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realm with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us as adoption to sonship through Christ Jesus, in accordance with his pleasure and will, to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the one he loves. In him we have redemption, through his blood the forgiveness of sins, in accordance to the riches of God's grace that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding, he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure which he purposed in Christ, to be put into effect when the times reached their fulfillment, to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ. In him we were chosen according to the plan of his works, out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, in order that we who are the first to put our hope in Christ might be for the praise of his glory. And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing your inheritance until the redemption of those who are God's possession to the praise of his glory. Now, this is the prayer I want to speak over you. Paul says in verse 15, he says, For this reason, ever since I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and your love for all God's people, I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers. I keep asking the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparable great power to us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at the right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in this present age, but also in the age to come. And God has placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way. And now I want to just read to you the PQ for Christians. I just call it a beloved manifesto, it's just a declaration. My prayer is that allow these words to just penetrate, allow them to go in deep. And I start with, you are my beloved, in you I am well pleased. Luke 3, verse 22. We begin with belovedness. Before we are coaches, leaders, helpers, or healers, we are beloved. Our identity is not earned through performance, productivity, pain, or trauma. It is a gift, a truth spoken by God from the beginning. You are my beloved. We reclaim this truth as the center of our lives, our coaching, and our spiritual and inner formation. We practice presence together. Belovedness cannot be lived in isolation. It unfolds in sacred community. Through our monthly PQ for Christian group meetings and the Live Love Sandbox meetings, we commit to cultivating a sacred rhythm of presence, reflection, and shared discernment. Together we create a space where the what is and the what if are held in grace, where each person is seen, heard, and held as the beloved of God. We bless as we have been blessed. We recognize that every encounter is an opportunity to name and nurture the belovedness in another. Whether in coaching sessions, conversations, or quiet moments of prayer or contemplation, we offer the gift we have received. This is the sacred reciprocity of the kingdom. Freely you have received, freely give. In twenty twenty six and beyond, we have committed to becoming bearers of belovedness, guiding others to see themselves through the eyes of God, not as broken or lacking, but as beautiful, worthy, and whole. We live the thin line tension. We walk the tension between the already and the becoming, between what is visible and what is becoming. The sacred tension is not to be solved but embraced. Like the caterpillar and the cocoon, we trust the mystery of transformation. We yield to the process of becoming, and we hold space for others to do the same. We anchor in the love that never changes. Belovedness is not a passing feeling, a seasonal revelation, or another framework. It is the unshakable foundation of our being. In joy or sorrow, in clarity or chaos, we anchor ourselves in the love of God, a love that is personal, purposeful, and unrelenting. In this love, we rise. From this love, we coach, and through this love, we bless others. As the apostle John told us, perfect love cast out fear. My prayer will continue to be for us to remain the course and to direct our attention towards our source. For Paul said it the most perfect way. He said, My life is hidden in Christ, in God, Colossians three and three. And I play blessings and abundance and peace over all who will ever listen to this episode. Know this that you are beloved of God.
